“Shortly after ordering and paying, I received an e-mail to say that my item was damaged and not fit for sale. Very disappointing, but "Good" rating given due to staff helpfulness, speed of refund and pricing.”

“I use Burns every year for Swarosvki Christmas stars and they have always been very good, Rating would have been very good as well this year but I had a problem ordering on line. This was resolved very easily by telephone but because I live in Spain at quite a cost. Will still use them next year.”

“I wanted to buy a particular pair of Swarovski earrings that my wife loved. No stockists locally but after much searching found them at Burns Jewellers. Unfortunately out of stock but they had an e mail link to be notified when they were back in. Within 3 days I received an e mail, bought them and had them at my door 3 days later. Free post and package, can't be bad. Overall I was delighted with the efficient service received and would definitely reccomend Burns to my friends.”
