“Excellent prices and plenty of time left to use items within 'best before' dates. Everything very well packed, no damaged items. Had one small problem with wrong variety of porridge sent, but had a reply the following morning and the wrong items were credited to the account. Overall service and quality of items are very good.”

“Excellent assortment of products most good value Sometimes I would like more than what's on offer on several items but restricted amounts Annoying Also when others take out of my shopping basket makes me feel pressured to rush I like to browse & take time Most are Helpful Friendly staff makes me feel confident to shop with them & they will rectify problems so you can repeat custom”

“I like your company Just the mistakes & refunds which is going to take me time so you can refund me Its time consuming More so because I'm sick & disabled hard work etc I would like full free delivery always I'm still waiting for last Thurs order maybe wed I would like lucky box based more on my orders if it was possible This time you sent me meat & chicken etc I'm vegan I've told so many people to try your company Thanks”

“Although I am not always getting what I am looking for there are plenty of surprising new products. In particular, I like the world food section where I can get goods that I don't find elsewhere. Delivery has improved over the last 6 months.”

“Love that the bargains change every day (addictive) and you always end up with stuff you didn't need as it's so easy to click! My only gripe is the transparent pricing. For psychology's sake, all the people who shop on the site are bargain hunters so maybe hiding the delivery charges in the pricing could be considered. Other than that, happy shopper!”
