“Absolutely love my first Approved Food order! I was quite cautious about what i ordered so mainly dried food. Amazing packing skills! Everything was perfect and tastes great despite the sell by dates. Had a huge fuss with the delivery company but that's not AF's fault - fed back in the hopes they may consider using another.”

“Overall satisfied. But have only 1 issue: I phoned up to make sure that my delivery will be sent to the right address and they said to put it in writing so they've got a copy for records. I sent the required email, received a reply stating that the changes were made and that it would go to the right address. Delivery day came and it still got sent to the wrong address.”

“I was able to purchase Applaws cat food for a fraction of the usual retail price as it was past its best before date but still perfectly usable. This is human grade food that I usually cannot afford to buy and so it is wonderful to feed my cat such quality food on my budget thanks to Approved Food.”

“I received my delivery very quickly & I was very happy with what I received, my order was all correct. I did however receive a couple of items broken at the bottom of the box but I contacted customer services who replied promptly & made sure I will receive a refund for my damaged items. I will most certainly be using approved food again & have recommended to people to give it a try!”

“Good cheap branded products, fast delivery. However, we have been send food that do not have the same BBE as what was shown on the website. Got in contact with their customer service and refunded very quickly. They always refund back to credit into the account but I asked for it to be refunded to my original payment method. All good. Definitely great service and products with much lower price. Happy days.”
