“It's like Christmas getting a delivery from Approved Foods. We get luxury food i wouldnt usually buy lots of snacks and lovely soft drinks. They brighten up my work day. And kids lunch boxes”

“Overall satisfied. But have only 1 issue: I phoned up to make sure that my delivery will be sent to the right address and they said to put it in writing so they've got a copy for records. I sent the required email, received a reply stating that the changes were made and that it would go to the right address. Delivery day came and it still got sent to the wrong address.”

“Delivery has improved alot. My last deliveries have arrived promptly and an added bounus is that I'm given a 'time slot' by the courier so I can ensure someone is home to receive package. My purchases always arrive very well packaged. It has always been a worry purchasing delicate items such as glass bottles, packets etc however, Approved Foods have 'nailed it' re secure packing - very impressed. Great work guys!”
