“Such a good service. I love the prices and the speedy delivery. It's also good to know it helps prevent waste. Everything is just as good as the day it was produced. Did get a lucky box before and was so amazed at the contents. Recommend to family who have now started using this company.”

“The customer service team arranged items delivered by mistake to be up and to deliver item missing from order, promptly and no fuss. I find the quality of items acceptable and saving help spread budget further to included some luxuries.”

“Loved my MEGA box and my order was great, delivery time wasn't good I ordered on the 9th and received on the 17th - customer service needs improving too as once it went past 5 days nobody got back to me. Loved my order, especially my MEGA box, service needs improving. Xx”

“I have been shopping with this company for a while now. The website is easy to find your way around, ordering is simple and delivery is speedy. I can't rate there helpfulness when you have a problem because I have never had a problem. Prices are great and qulity of the goods is fantastic.”

“As usual, 1st class service from Approved Food. Received everything I ordered, it was well packed and delivery was quick. The only complaint I have is that the chocolate/biscuits offers are so good I could buy from these guys every week - fortunately my waistline (and probably my Doctor) forbids it. Highly recommended.”

“I have used this company previously with no problems but this time has been very different. My order arrived with items missing and these were the reason I placed the order in the first place. I also received somone else's order in the same box. It has been difficult contacting anyone as they will only use emails and have not yet finished any conversation we have had. I told them I wanted my original order and with all the messing around on their side it is no longer available although I do wonder if indeed it ever was. I want a full refund including postage as they have failed to deliver my order. I am happy to give them back their goods but again they seem reluctant to pay me and collect their goods. This situation has not been helped by their refusal to talk on the phone which I believe would have resolved the problem quickly.”

“I would probably order more often if there was either a lower minimum order value or none at all. It took a week for the order to reach me. I ordered on 5th and it was delivered on 12th, which in these days, is a long time. As there is a delivery charge, you have to weigh up whether you are actually saving anything on the order.”
