Delivery took a long time and wasn't even my order in the box. Emailed customer services but after two days nobody has bothered to contact me. I have a box belonging to someone else taking up space and somewhere in the world is mine.

My order never made it, it remains unknown whether this was a mistake at Approved Foods sending the order or with Yodel losing it. I suspect with approved foods as status remained 'being picked' for several days. I'll never know as they blamed each other. However, customers services responded quickly when I requested an update on the order, and refunded instantly once the mistake was found. Sadly the bargains I had wanted sold out in that time - I may re-order or I may not. I would need a good reason.

Although the price is great, my shampoo had leaked and some of the boxes and packaging were a bit battered. As both my partner and I work full time the delivery wasn't great as we didn't have a choice on day or what time. The courier service didn't let me know when they'd be coming round and we missed them twice, when i rang to arrange a new time the whole conversation was automated. very impersonal! the food its self is fine and the price is unbeatable but the service is shoddy

I have only given a '3'. This is because there were damaged jars of passata in my delivery which means I had tomatoe pureau over the complete box, lots of bubble wrap, broken glass and damaged cardboard box. Yes I got a refund on these but never a compensatory offer or gift for the mammoth clean up task involved to protect my lounge carpet. Also in the delivery was another item that is the wrong size due to poor listing of the product which was misleading and led to a purchase of 12.50 that would not otherwise have been made.

Hi Mrs.Kinch. I am sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. We try and pack our orders with great care (with wrapping) We always try an make these orders with cushioning in case of the couriers actions, but sometimes accidents do sometimes happen. Some good deals, but most items available at home bargains for the same price and in date. In my last order I bought nespresso coffee that was slightly cheaper (50p) than waitrose. Jam that was christalised and unusable, coke that was flat, and ritz crackers that were ok.

I placed an order over seven days ago and have still not received it. The website is good and the range of products is brilliant. The prices are unbelievabley good value. It's just a shame that the customer service is not to the same standard.

The package was damaged & not delivered the next day, as pre-paid for. I'm expecting a refund (the next day delivery surcharge paid) on that. Otherwise placing future orders with you is highly unlikely. All the best for 2017

Customer service department non existant as far as i can see .no reply to email or unable to answer a phone.no facility to go back to an order to amend or at least i havnt found it.am i grumpy?...yes ...i ordered a knee brace in error ...tried to amend and ask for help seconds after i paid but no use......anyone want to buy a seconhand 5xl knee brace?

Ordered goods took a little while to arrive. Am sure delivery driver dropped cartoon on floor in porch, driver never knocked when I found cartoon had many bottles broken and contents leaking all over the floor. If the packing would of been better none of the item would of been damage. Contact customer services they did refund damaged good with in few day.

i specifically ordered euthymol toothpaste by 12 received 1 no more stock got money back for missing items what a waste of time and money p/p I probably will not bother again money precious to senior citizens

I have never had a problem till this delivery and the problem is I ordered it on the 21st November and today is 6th December still no parcel. Yes I have contacted them but still awaiting a response. I am disappointed as this is a great company so I am going to say maybe it's the courier but as a disabled mum this has knocked my budget out on the run up to Christmas...

Usually I have no problems but with my last delivery I had a number of items that were broke so they were of no use also some bath salts that were damaged and went over everything

I like the idea of approved foods but they consistently let themselves down. My last three orders have been wrong ranging from items missing to the entirely wrong item delivered (horseradish delivered instead of protein bars). The customer service team are fantastic but the fact remains that there is little care & attention put into delivering the right products; as this is an ongoing issue we can only assume there are no intentions of rectifying the problem.

My order was delivered to another address even though it had my mobile number on it, I am disabled and had to get my carer to get it for me when it was opened the box of DAZ had been split open and the contents all over my orer my carer had to clean everything inside
