Customer service is very poor did use there form to register a complaint about how one lot of my goods were packed have had no reply. I am afraid companies who cannot reply to customer complaints are a complete waste of time with myself, so i will never use this company again nor will i recommend them.

The majority of the products were fine and how I expected them to arrive. The box of the £15 bottle of psoriasis cream I ordered was being held together by about 4 pieces of sellotape, luckily the tube inside was okay but the crap box made it very difficult to read the directions. I don't expect this when I pay £15 for something. The big box arrived and when I went to open it I saw the markings on the side which read "this way up" and of course, it was upside out and a part of the box was completely soaked through. I opened the box to find that the bottle of wood floor cleaner was completely empty (I thought you'd sent an empty bottle at first!) but then realised that was why the outer box was so wet and why everything else I ordered was now sticky.

Although one item, in a jar, was still in use by date the it was possible to depress the lid, this was therefore a 'reject item'. Other item was fine.

I've used Approved Food for some time now; this is the first time I was not delighted-order page showed "being picked" for 5 days then on 6th day it turned up at a random neighbour's house, despite showing "being picked" just three hours previously. I did not know this neighbour at all, they had a bad back, I have no car, it took some time and hassle to pick apart the order and lug it back home a couple of doors down. For this hassle, delivery was really very expensive. Not sure if worth it any more. Despite the bargains it ought to be about service too. Far better to not track order than to give wrong information. If any staff are reading this, it's order #4308752. really poor delivery and tracking service unfortunately.

order scheduled for delivery on Monday waited in all day never arrived had to be out on Tuesday and low and behold they try and deliver I now have to wait around tomorrow not happy

Approved foods admin needs sorting out. The website and account do not keep you updated as to when item you will receive your order. Only received notification once it had already been delivered. Items are not cheaper than other shops, maybe cheaper than expensive supermarket chains but not others. And it isn't worth a pence here or there if the items are nearly or past their best before dates. Items are not clearly advertised properly as to what sizes or proportions they are, from zoomed in photos. Not everyone knows what food items weigh, it should be advertised as "treat size" or "standard size tin". Multipack items should be advertised they are from a multipack as these sizes are usually smaller. Postage fees are too much.

Some foods still have lengthy dates, and as such are good value for money. But the state that the items arrived in (tins dented,boxes bashed,squashed,packaging ripped open leaving the product exposed,missing items) plus the hefty delivery charge negate those savings.

As much as the food is a good price delivery took a week and two jars of pasta sauce were smashed and all over my other goods which I had to clean up

Generally we were pleased with the goods delivered recently. However, although the outer packaging was in order, the most expensive item, the OB ProComfort Super Tampons arrived in a damaged & open box that had been crudely sellotaped down & from which some of the contents were missing. I would also like to point out that:- 1. We did not get an acknowledgment of order [no it did not go to junk]. 2. We were unable to track the order [infact it is still being shown as "Being Picked" !!]. 3. We had to send 2 emails to ensure that we were getting delivery. Regards Derek Frost

An 8 pack of diet cokes had the packaging split open & one can had discharged its contents over the rest of the items in the box. VERY disappointing.

Yet another item missing, this happens every time, starting to think it is so you have to order again to get the benefit of the credit. One item was missing and credited, jelly babies were missing and not credited. Poor description of diabetes strips meant they are totally useless for my system. They are usually universal so thought it would be ok.

The UkMail worst delivery ever. I sill have been waiting for the parcel. They tried 3 times deliver the parcel, they couldn't find the neighbor door, another time green box outside front door. So what can I say

Everything was well out of date.. seasoning was 1 year old..supplements ran out months ago. Excuse my ignorance but i didn't read that you sell out of date items.. sorry i may have missed the small print..but had i read clearly anywhere on your site that its out of date i would'nt have ordered.
