“I've been shopping at Approved Foods for over 5 years now. Hand on heart, I can honestly say, It has on the whole been a worthwhile experience! Of course there have been times when problems and issues with orders have arisen. But generally speaking, I have found they offer very good service and great value for money. If I could offer a suggestion. I would dearly love them to offer a weekly lay over service for loyal shoppers. This would mean that one could add further/newer goods to an existing order as the week progresses.”

“I love to visit this site, it has an enormous range of foods, toiletries & suprises. As I have to have a gluten free diet it's great buying this range at a fabulous price. Great value on everything, shopping is expensive in our supermarkets so this company can reduce your bills significantly”

“Really like having the boxes, and the delivery is excellent. Having been a customer for several years, I am disappointed that so much of the stock is not food any more. I really have to search to find enough for an order, I don't drink and all the supplement nonsense is of no use to me. I think my days of looking forward to opening my box are coming to an end.”

“First order very impress with goods delivered. Only spoilt by Yodel who damage one of the boxes even though they were marked fragile. The complaint was dealt with fast and efficiently by Approve Foods customer service. My account was credited for damage goods.”

“When receiving the box I could feel underneath that it was damp in the corner. On opening the main box there were three separate boxes all damp...the first one had some dried goods but were wet (photographs taken) so no good. Second box had the coke (which had leaked and also washing up liquid) which had obviously caused all the boxes to be damp/wet. The third had more dried goods with open/damaged packets of stuffing and smarties. :(”

“It's a superb service again re delivery. It's great opening your boxes, a feeling you used to get when ordering hampers at Christmas. There was a tiny blip of a wrong item this time, but has never happened before. Goods great and all according to item description.”

“Amazing! Items all well packaged and delivered within a few days of placing the order. What a great idea selling discounted foods and other items that are close to their expiry date . I'm converted! Would be good if a cheaper delivery option was available, say maybe if you spend over £35 delivery is half price or something like that!'?”

“I have been with Approved Foods now for over a year, and have placed over 20 orders I find their products ideal and good value, from the dog food to tinned and packaged food I have save myself so much money I cannot believe it, and the dogs are happy too!”
