“Very smooth, easy service, and it's been tweaked so it's even better than it was before. They work in partnership with UKMail, who make the delivery process easy too. I received emails every step of the way to tell me what stage of the process we were at - first, Approved Food told me when my items were being picked, and then when the order was despatched, and then UKMail took over, telling me not only the delivery day, but also the hour's slot they'd come and deliver the items. I could have them put wherever I wanted, in a safe place or with a neighbour if I was out. Items packed securely. Couldn't be better service. Thank you.”

“I have used approved food before and had lost contact with them. It just went right out of my head. Then about a week ago I saw a link to them and ordered my food. The food delivery was exactly as I remember. Speedy and every thing I ordered. Polite delivery drivers, good food and at almost 50% cheaper. The food its self was the same as you would buy in any store. highly recommended”

“One part of my order was missing. They said the amount will be credited yo my account, so I need to order again to use it, also will then have to pay another lot of postage, so not completely happy”

“Carriage remains a problem, delivery takes too long. The web site is not helpful the stages of the process are meaningless....takes days to 'pick' When other suppliers offer one day or two day delivery as norm five or six days is not good enough. As far as products are concerned customers are not stupid ; too few useful products too many esoteric lines of very limited interest . Comments are made as if the store chain'Home Bargains' does not exist many of their prices are lower than Approved Foods .... There remains scope for improvement especially with regard to carriage . I would be a much more regular user of Approved Food if the delivery times were improved . On the positive side the packing is of a good standard . I would be reluctant to recommend AF to friends because of the poor delivery record just mot dependable .... scope for significant improvement”

“The qualty street were very poor they were a £1 tin being sold as a £5 tin I was most disapointed it has made me think twice about ordering anything from you again”

“Approved food has saved me a fortune over the years that I have been a very happy customer, the service is great and the service team are brilliant and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise the service and the team enough. I have been able to build a great store cupboard on a limited budget, even being able to feed a pampered cat on quality food that I would not be able to afford in supermarkets. I have also been able to buy quality presents at a greatly reduced price for my family and friends. WELL DONE APPROVED FOOD.”

“I love the £1.00 lucky dip boxes, especially when it only costs a penny sometimes. There is always a great selection of groceries and I rarely buy cereal anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful source of cheap, but quality products and I have only ever had a problem on one occasion. It was quickly and easily resolved, they go that bit further every time. Highly recommended.”
