“A low grade business run by a management team with no integrity. The product arrived dirty, covered in dust and I was advised by Alex (the manager) to return it at my own expense if I wanted a refund. After I placed my order, I could not track it, view a description of the product or see the invoice. The website kept giving me an error message every time I was trying to log in. The email confirmation only stated the order number, so it was not possible for me to see any information about my order. I’ve never experienced anything like that and I buy online all the time! There was no apology whatsoever and I’m shocked that you feel it’s ok for customers to receive their goods in such condition. I’ve reported this to the Trading Standards Authority, as Approved Foods deliberately mislead their customers by the inaccurate description of the products and then try to justify that by their T&C! Very poor. Never again!”

“Very pleased with my order, and my £1 lucky box was amazing! Good customer service too. My only slight criticism was the amount of boxes it all came in, but I appreciate a lot of that is to protect the items during transit, and it was all cardboard no plastic which is commendable. The photo is my £1 lucky box, the vast majority of which had a few mo this left on the BB dates, some are next year, and those past the BB were quite recent. Excellent”

“Fantastic lucky box, it's like getting myself a Christmas goody box full of items (you can get skin care, hair care, supplements, fake nails, eyelashes- just the luck of the draw what you get) most I use and discover new items that work for me some that I won't use I gift to my family and friends.”

“There delivery was very good but as for keeping you upto date very bad also there prices are OK but the quality of the stuff be carefull of the dates as some foods are well past there dates by at least 2 years and that was food not good at all”
