“Always well packed, delivery getting better. Only flaw is there usually products missing from my order and its disappointing but I get it refunded when I complain.”

“Food packed well into a large cardboard box. Unfortunately this was damaged (large tear in the side). Delivery was prompt, driver friendly and asked where I’d like the delivery. Order was correct and pleased with quality. A time slot for delivery at point of sale - day am/pm, would help. Will definitely use again though.”

“All items are in perfect condition and as described. The delivery was when it said it would be. The outer box and two inner boxes were wet though but I could not find any leakage and the only liquid I had bought was taped up so I can only assume this was from someone else's order in the delivery van. I have used before and I will use again.”

“Quick delivery however did not the tracking until after it was delivered. One item was sent incorrectly however this was refunded to me.”

“Hi, As a long suffering and loyal customer, for years, I would like to give folks advice, do not be greedy, make a small order, under 25kg, delivered to you door, then wait for a half price delivery offer, otherwise keep shopping every month, as food is great, close by dates, but it doesn't matter, as we consume box as soon as it received, recommend to buy wholesome, diet, (vegan, so on ) foods, especially drinks/ waters, delivered straight to your door in neatly packed boxes. Love it. Recommend any time and I recommended it anyway to all of my friends, usually complaining about hard to find, expensive and heavy to carry groceries. 9 out of 10. Kind regards, Ms O”

“Some of the things I used to buy like fruit juice don't seem to come up anymore and prices need to be looked at more carefully as they are sometimes not the best you can get. Still excellent in many ways, I very much recommend.”

“I was very pleased with how well the food was packaged and how quick it arrived. If I have a moan it's cos they substituted my popcorn for some horrid coconut chips - I love my popcorn!”

“Good generally but when buying something as a gift it would be useful to have info on packaging etc as some products have stickers on or boxes are bashed. I appreciate the reduction in the price but an option to can account for this but maybe a symbol to show suitability would be helpful”

“Always a great selection of goods at excellent value. The recent move to DX as delivery agents looks to have worked ok. The only reason I've marked 4 stars and not 5 is that occasionally the delivery seems to take a long time to "pick".”

“Would of been 5* if they updated the order status, Being Processed when i in fact have my box with no notice. They stock well known products as well as unknown gems to find with great prices, Never seem to take longer an 3 days and well pack with air bags. Never had an damaged item yet, Worth trying out in my view.”
