“The food was as described and arrived promptly without missing or damaged items. Not impressed that I bought Tassimo packs at £3 and they then went down to 50p a pack????. Some of prices (eg 49p Oreos) are the same as in my local Tesco store (and obviously the Tesco ones are in date), so I will have to look at store prices for comparison before I shop again.”

“I was very pleased with my first order, it arrived within 3 days. It was packed well and the quality excellent. I ordered a £1.00 box and was pleasantly surprised with the contents and the amount I received for just a £1.00. “It would be helpful if together with the purchase invoice, you provide a tear-off return slip, in case the goods purchased need returning. Please look into your returns policy and improve on that.”

“APPROVED fOODS OFFERED ME A GOOD RANGE OF ITEMS, ORDERING WAS PRETTY SIMPLE AND DELIVERY DIDN'T TAKE TOO LONG . MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS WHEN I DISCOVERED THEY HAD SUBSTITUTED AN ITEM I REALLY WANTED FOR SOMETHING I HAD NO USE FOR, WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR EXPLAIN ATION”

“The site is very well laid out and easy to order from. All the food arrived very well packaged apart from two packets of crisps squashed. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it all arrived Wednesday afternoon with constant updates of my order. Very impressed with my first Approved Food order and look forward to my next order.”

“I was really impressed with my first order from Approved Food, everything was well packed although a few packets of crisps were crushed but nothing major. It arrived within 3 days of ordering with constant updates of my order. I also ordered a £1 lucky box with my order which was well worth the money. I look forward to ordering again very soon.”
