“It started off ok but I was not impressed with the way items seemed to just be thrown in boxes, bottle tops unchecked so contents leak onto other items & as for offering years out of date food items seems unhealthy to me”

“I have been using these guys for a few years now and there stuff has always been excellent they often have 1p deals and 50p deals which are brilliant. they offer multiple ways for delivery”

“Some very good bargains to be had. Not very impressed with ordering products on offer, making up the minimum price to checkout then between me paying and my delivery being picked and packed the products are over sold and I end up not getting the items I really really wanted and get a refund from approved food which is nice bit not what I want. This has happened to my last 3 deliveries in a row and I'm now not using them anymore due to the relentless let downs. Mainly focused around cola but not impressed with the warehousing system being used.”

“Approved Food provides me with good quality food at excellent prices. I particularly like the boxes of Celebrations. Thank you for providing such a valuable service, when so many people are still struggling. Also the courier service has improved, giving options to change date of delivery and also indicate a safe place to leave the parcel. Very nice driver too.”

“I did not receive my order I emailed the delivery company last week and they replied back saying I needed to contact the sender I tried replying back to an email from approved food to say I have not received my order but no reply I don't have money to waste so I'm very annoyed I've just given up now won't be ordering again or recommending”
