“Seriously impressed with exceptional service, quality and value for money. Every item was carefully packed in a series of internal boxes - handwash was bagged so that it couldn't burst and spill - heavy stuff at the bottom, etc. Even the name of the lady who packed it was shown. The cupboard filler box at £10 was amazing - it included pates, Italian extra virgin olive oil, and even some caviar. Ordered 11pm Wednesday night and delivered 10am Monday. The tracking function on the website is a bit odd - it continuously showed the order as 'being picked' until two hours before the delivery when it suddenly changed to 'despatched'. Sheffield to Edinburgh by a courier van in two hours is impressive or incorrect. There's no point in having tracking that's not spot-on. Will definitely buy again. No hesitation in fully recommending.”

“Always love the prices and stuff they sell. I love there lucky boxes, I've never been disappointed. Always packed well. It's great that I get updates on my package. I no when it's comming which is great. I no when to look out for it. Thank you approved foods. Been a customer for a few years now. X”

“Received my first order from Approved foods a few days ago and was so impressed with the way it was so well packaged and the contents were fantastic. In fact I put another order in straight away and that came yesterday. I have showed all the contents to friends and family and now they are going to order from you. I’m already looking at what to buy next. I would thoroughly recommend Approved foods”

“I bought a few tinned stuff, unfortunately, 3 of them were badly dented and 2 were very badly dented. The box had probably been opened by customs, I suppose and box had been squashed closed. Instead of 25kg box, I think 12kg might be better.”

“an interesting mix of products always different things available I don't visit too often as it is easy to spend too much, I like to try the various gluten-free products there are usually things not readily available in the UK.”

“Generally good but let down by delivery of package which was left upside-down so that the heavy tins at the bottom crushed most and burst many of the crisps and other delicate items which had been packed on the top.”

“An interesting shopping experience, though not always as many bargains here (for me) as there used to be. Some goods are past their best before date, but are always safe to consume. A massive website, and well worth checking in regularly to see what’s available. Goods are delivered quickly, and are always well packaged, but make sure you factor in the delivery charges to ensure you’re still getting a bargain!”

“Have placed several orders with Approved Food and always been delighted with the prices and the quality. I like the way that you can choose to pick up your order from their premises, if you like. Also if you choose to have your order delivered, the cost is not excessive, also you can change the delivery time and day if you need to.”
