“This is my first order with Approved Foods. I am 82 years old, with less than good eyesight and initially found it difficult to wend my way around the web-site. In fact, my order was split and two delivery charges applied. However, after a brief phone call, everything was sorted and goods were delivered, as promised. Particular congratulations are deserved for your packaging. Asda could learn from you!!! As I live alone I might not be a frequent visitor but, if you sell it, I shall buy it from you. You are true 'pension-stretchers'. Thank you.”

“Pricing seems to be getting difficult - many items now carry very small discounts, it's just luck that the time to place an order coincides with finding good bargains. I'm now finding it difficult to complete an order that is worth the cost of postage. I wish Approved Food could start regularly under-cutting the cost of, say, roasted coffee beans for example - something I'd use daily and buy by the kilo. Currently at £25+ charged online can't you find a supplier that will allow you to offer a substantially better price? Wishful hoping I know...”

“Everything is perfect! But! it is very important for your customers to let them know either by email or text that the parcel is ready to be delivered on the same day of delivery. Or at least give a parcel tracking number. Thank you.”
