“I was really chuffed to return to approved food's site after a long time away. I ordered lots of the windscreen wash for myself and my family this winter but somehow this went out of stock before my order was completed so instead of returning my money to my card as I would have expected apprfoved food the money for it & said it would be held on my account until I placed another order. I think this arrangement should be clearly noted on the checkout screen, that if items go out of stock we will not refund your card but keep your money until you buy something else. I am impressed by approved foods stock and good valueto be had but I personally feel that taking my money "hostage" is a bit of a cheeky practice. Be aware!”

“Really good site easy to use and omg the amount of stuff I got for £26.07 including postage was amazing will save me a fortune in shopping well worth a visit. The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't amend the order once it was made if you make a mistake your stuck with it which sucks.”

“Great prices, good choice, sometimes poor packaging - cartons with milk put at the bottom of the box split messing other content. Not the best courier company - very careless while handling the boxes - there is always some damage.”
