“The delivery was quick and the products were very good, with one exception, the Mini cheddars, these were soft and inedible so had to be thrown away.”

“Enjoyed receiving our first box from Approved Food. We mainly ordered crisps and snacks and cat food Everything was great apart from the Hotel Chocolat H box of caramels which came in an outer sealed box so you couldn't view the contents to be fair. The chocolates themselves appeared to have melted and run into one another and they looked very unappetising and lacked the usual high standard and taste you get with the brand. Apart from that we were pleased with our selection”

“I have been buying from Approved Food for a number of years and have generally been impressed by the service and the quality of the products. I fully support to principle of avoiding food waste, so I like the ethos of the company. Recently I have received a few products that have been a little past their best, so I would urge that quality control is stepped up. The products to be careful about are snacks eg crisps.”

“I love the variety of items available and some bargains to be had. I do a couple of boxes every few months for my son and fiancé and for my nephew and family (they have three small boys who love opening the box!) l have to say the categories aren’t right on some sections you press, and prices are more than they were but that’s the fun of finding the good value items.”
