“Very helpful advice pre-purchase and items were held in stock, which is great. The website is very slow, but did work okay with a bit of patience. Finally, delivery was provided within a few days although the communication in advance was not great. Overall, they did give good advice and delivered quite quickly, so very happy so far.”

My only comment would be that AS could perhaps suggest/recommend when they feel a two man delivery is required, rather than leave it entirely down to the customer’s discretion.”

“I never come across service like, ordered washing machine one day, delivered next, with a fitter, and when i found the machine not quite balanced, within minutes of sending an email on a Saturday at 6pm they replied to my email, saying the fitter would come out on Tuesday. AMAZING”
