“I recently had a delivery due and had a family emergency i rang and spoke to Les who redirected the goods it was no problem at all,he was very helpful and understanding, the hob looks great 👍, its not been fitted as yet so hopefully it's performance is as good as it looks. Thank you very much.”

Not only could they answer all the technical queries I had (and it is rare but appreciated to be able to speak directly with a member of the team every time i called), but they also accommodated me by storing all the appliances until I was able to receive delivery, due to a delay in my extension. Thank you - I would use again”

“We didn't realise we had ordered an appliance that wouldn't actually fit. The guy delivering noticed and let us know - which on its own was fantastic, but even moreso that they took the appliance away with them and arranged for delivery of a more suitable appliance. I have not known attention to detail or customer service like that from any of the more widely known big names in this space. I will be using this guys for every appliance I buy and would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Also worth noting: delivery was quick, communication was spot on, and the prices beat anything else I could find - even the retailer who is never knowingly undersold. Guess they don't know about this one.”

“Washing machine and dryer were cheapest on the market, but the installation I paid for on the washing machine was terrible. Installer didn't level the machine and kinked the inlet hose when he shoved the machine under the worktop. Despite having just got out of hospital after brain surgery, I had to manhandle the machine back out, fix the kink, and push it carefully back in again to get it to work. The installer didn't leave the spanners to level the feet and I don't have anything that fits, so I'm left with a wobbly machine that shakes when it's used.”
