“Great responsive company to deal with. I visited their shop in Maidstone and was surprised to be able to view so many high-quality appliances. Nice people to deal with and super fast delivery too. We purchased a Fisher & Paykal dishwasher ( I might add they were only a handful of places with one to view) then a couple of weeks later a Miele hob. I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them. It is nice to come across a company with great customer service which sadly seems to be few and far between nowadays. As a note the delivery driver was also the one of the most polite guys we have come across.”

“We were actually away from home when our delivery arrived, but had made arrangements for a family member to take delivery on our behalf . Ore Elica hob looks amazing and will fit our new kitchen very well. From ordering to delivery everything was very smooth and communication was great. Thank you so much”

“Les and the team were amazing. We purchased a high priced hob and were unlucky that the first had a fault which meant it didn't work. Les was super responsive and did everything he could to get it fixed, in the end agreeing to replace it. The second worked although appeared to have a similar fault. Les and his team were amazing in putting pressure on the manufacturers (who had initially been extremely difficult) to sort it ASAP. Whilst these things happen, there is a lot of reviews which state that aftersales in the appliance industry is non-existent or terribly slow. Les and his team were neither and did an amazing job of getting the manufacturers engaged and on it too. Thank you”

They were very attentive, helpful and friendly throughout the process - which turned out to be an issue on my side.
