“AMAZING! I live in France and needed a specific dishwasher. Appliance Superstore went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Most importantly, they were responsive, helpful and followed up with me all along the way. I wish I had found them earlier - I would have bought all my appliances from them.”

“Les and the team at Appliance Direct were brilliant. We had an issue finding the right sized fridge and microwave to replace in-built appliances. Les worked through our options with us to ensure we ordered the right equipment and then helped arrange delivery, installation and recovery of the old appliances. All the team through delivery team and installer were friendly, professional and excellent. Great customer expereince, thanks.”

“Bought a downdraft hob from appliance superstore. There was a glitch in the system where I couldn't choose the option that I wanted so I contacted customer services over Whatsapp (most convenient for me) who were brilliant in getting to the bottom of the issue and solving it through their IT service. They kept in touch throughout and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and the hob was checked and signed on delivery. Would recommend appliance superstore.”

“Absolutely brilliant! We've ordered a few expensive items for the team here at Appliance Superstore and they've gone above and beyond each time. The latest was our brand new integrated kitchen had a failed Sub Zero fridge that we had re-purposed. Sadly the dimensions didn't exist any longer (or the style of fridge) so Les did his best to find a fridge that would work. He then brought it up 5 flights of stairs, took the old fridge down the same stairs and installed for us. What a service and he was very cheery as well despite the difficult conditions. I wouldn't hestiate to use them again. Very competitive on pricing as well.”
