“AMAZING! I live in France and needed a specific dishwasher. Appliance Superstore went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Most importantly, they were responsive, helpful and followed up with me all along the way. I wish I had found them earlier - I would have bought all my appliances from them.”

Good Afternoon, I am sorry that you found our delivery email threatening. I have copied & Pasted the email below for our future customers to judge when deciding whether to purchase from us. Our website will not allow an order to be paid for until a box confirming agreement to the terms and conditions has been ticked. We delivered your order using our own vehicle and driver without any issues. Thank you for your purchase. "Good Afternoon The status of your order has just been updated to SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY. On Wednesday 18th March, with an estimated delivery time slot between 12pm – 4pm. Our driver will call or text you when he is on his way to you. Unless specified at time of purchase our appliances are delivered by a 1-man crew. This delivery is possible only if access is reasonable including wide doors, ground floor delivery and no more than 2 steps (externally). If you have any concerns or would prefer. 2 – man crew @ £60 please contact us on 01622 541 550, alternatively we are happy for you to assist the driver. As per our terms and conditions, all damages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any appliance. Kind regards The Transport Team"

“Excellent. Everything arrived when it was supposed to. You liaised with the gas people to be there at the right time to help fit the new range.Your two fitters were absolutely amazing and totally determined to fit the range perfectly, despite it being so tight and difficult. They were great and I can't recommend them highly enough. The only thing I'd improve was that I made all my enquiries by phone. The time of delivery was notified to me via email which i didn'tsee because I expected a telephone call. It would have been nice to have a call, and in fact, if I hadn't seen the email by chance I would not have known the delivery date.”

“I recently had a delivery due and had a family emergency i rang and spoke to Les who redirected the goods it was no problem at all,he was very helpful and understanding, the hob looks great 👍, its not been fitted as yet so hopefully it's performance is as good as it looks. Thank you very much.”

Not only could they answer all the technical queries I had (and it is rare but appreciated to be able to speak directly with a member of the team every time i called), but they also accommodated me by storing all the appliances until I was able to receive delivery, due to a delay in my extension. “We didn't realise we had ordered an appliance that wouldn't actually fit. The guy delivering noticed and let us know - which on its own was fantastic, but even moreso that they took the appliance away with them and arranged for delivery of a more suitable appliance. I have not known attention to detail or customer service like that from any of the more widely known big names in this space. I will be using this guys for every appliance I buy and would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Also worth noting: delivery was quick, communication was spot on, and the prices beat anything else I could find - even the retailer who is never knowingly undersold. Guess they don't know about this one.”
