Very helpful advice pre-purchase and items were held in stock, which is great.
The website is very slow, but did work okay with a bit of patience. Finally, delivery was provided within a few days although the communication in advance was not great.
Overall, they did give good advice and delivered quite quickly, so very happy so far.
