Good customer service on the telephone. Delivery etc all went according to plan. My biggest complaint is that my fridge/freezer intended for UK use came with a European 2 pin plug. I am not quite sure what I was supposed to do with that!! Considering that it was very close to Christmas I had no choice but to keep hold of it and use an adaptor. Not really acceptable

The service was excellent and would have achieved 5 stars but the supposed installation delivery people were appalling. They looked for every reason not to install the machine and I ended up getting my husband to install it. This just sadly, for your excellent sales and processing staff, only just scratched a three.

Items were delivered well, but a week earlier than requested, which caused us a lot of problems.

We were in your area 6 days earlier than requested to which we notified you via email with 48hrs notice. This delivery could have been changed if you had contacted us. It could have also been refused and we would have rescheduled it to suit your needs. Once again we are sorry that this has caused you some problems. We wish you the best for the rest of your project.
