“Although I only trade from time to time to cover the costs on a holiday property, I always speak to the same broker who provides a very prompt service. The rates are much better than I am getting from the Private Bank with whom I bank. Recently I placed an order but the person I was paying changed their invoice from dollars to euros. The broker was able to sort out the change in currencies quickly even though it required him to unwind the first contract.”

“Process from initial email request to actual transfer of money is very efficient and timely. Communication is excellent even when as per my previous request for transfer your assigned "broker" is not available and the service provided was not negatively impacted. In my opinion staff are always "on the ball" and "customer service" is very good.”
