“The process of converting sterling into Euros and then transferring the money abroad, in my case Ireland, is always painless. I have dealt primarily with Rob Bastin, who does not present any hurdles to overcome, but helps make the whole process very easy. I do not now hunt around for the best deal, but first check the Reuters currency site, and then phone Rob. Usually we agree a rate very quickly which satisfies both your company and myself. Your company keep my details on file, and I can transfer money with the minimum of hassle. J Aidan Butler”
