Hi Mohammed, Please accept our apologies you are unhappy with the service. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions throughout the UK last week, there were delays with all couriers and delivery depots. These are still ongoing in some areas. We did stipulate on the site that due to this situation some parcels may not be delivered on time, we appreciate that delays can be disappointing but unfortunately it was something we had no control over. “Great size run on the shoe I wanted (many sites didn't have half sizes of the ozweegos). Great international shipping despite the poor weather conditions in the UK. It was also nice that they posted updates on their site regarding shipping delays due to the poor weather.”

Hi Nikolaos, your order was placed on the 26th Feb and then dispatched same day, delivery to Greece normally takes around 7-10 working days and today is only the 5th working day. “Ordered a Moncler Polo, came straight away however was a bit too small and was the last one in stock so returned it for a refund. Even despite weather conditions, refund was processed quickly and customer service were freindly when I spoke to them. All round top service. Highly reccomended!”
