“T shirt was beautiful quality really love it - had to send back and exchange for bigger size. Rookie error- forgot to search online if size runs small!! Looking forward to my replacement ❤️”

I can see when you originally emailed to inform us that the tags had been left on in error, we sent over a return label so that we could safely remove the tags, and advised we would send the item straight back out on receipt. I again would like to apologise that the item was dispatched with the security tag attached, this was down to human error and should not have occurred and I’m very sorry that this has left a negative impact on your shopping experience with Aphrodite. “I bought my first item (Paul Smith corduroy 'overshirt') from Aphrodite to replace an item I had unfortunately lost whilst travelling; it was the only site on which I could find the exact same item. The on-line ordering process was very straightforward with all confirmation/dispatch/delivery e-mails received. My order was delivered well within timeframe, appropriately packaged, and in perfect condition. Extremely pleased with every aspect - particularly happy to be able to replace the lost item which I'd really liked - and would highly recommend.”
