Worst experience EVER!!!! with them instructed a DPD driver to leave my parcel in front of my house and are lying and said I requested this I have spoken to DPD who have disputed everything they have said but they just don’t want to help me and issue my refund. When I didn’t spoke to their logistics manager Rachel Annowar who has the worst customer service and lacks patience I don’t understand how someone like that can be appointed a manager when she doesn’t know how to talk and pretty much shouted down the phone to me on our call this afternoon AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR PARCEL ANYWHERE!! And expect you to still pay not offering a refund for goods that were misdelivered as per their request all the managers in this department and higher are useless and unhelpful worst company to shop with I personally feel like it’s a racist company that’s what it’s giving the only polite respectful agent there is Bry who is a member of the customer service team DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Good Afternoon Kristine,​ Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.​ DPD has verified that the customer safe place instructions is "front porch" which has been selected by the consumer. ​ We don’t change the customers preferences on the app. The driver has followed protocol and delivered the goods in the correct location. DPD will not allow the dispute to be re-opened as the correct instructions have been followed, and as stated in DPD's terms and conditions: customers accept any liability if a safe place has been selected. ​ If a request is made for the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, Aphrodite accepts no liability for loss.​ I would advise for future deliveries to update any unwanted settings that have been changed. ​ I am pleased to hear that customer service were able to look into this for you however we cannot take this query any further, as this has been closed by the courier. Started off really well, purchased two pairs, received one so sent back, second pair never arrived, I would suggest an reevaluation of the couriers used

Not a regular reviewer on line as rarely have the time but Aphrodite….. well the customer service is so bad. I ordered a shirt on a Sunday evening for next day delivery for an event on Wednesday evening…. Sufficient time and I ordered it because they advertised next day. They’re system doesn’t integrate properly with DPD because you get messages saying parcel is collected and out for delivery and when it doesn’t arrive on the Tuesday I reached out to the customer service to understand why I had messaged saying it would be delivered today and was told it hadn’t arrived because it hasn’t even been collected. I then politely eu quotes if the higher fee paid for next day delivery (that didn’t happen) would be refunded and explained I need someone confidence in whether the shirt would actually arrive next day in time for the event. The lady taking the call pulled out the old line …, our T&Cs don’t guarantee delivery next day and we don’t offer any discount not even if it’s a week late 🙈 that is unbelievably a shorter version I’m bored typing this now. In summary don’t use them. I ordered from another site on the Tuesday it arrived Wednesday and the delivery cost less. The shirt ordered on a Sunday on next day delivery from Aphrodite arrived on Thursday. If they were aware DPD had delays they shouldn’t accept next day deliveries (and charge more for it) and they should put a message up when you ordered. Finally the other company I ended up ordering from now have a new customer and I’ll return for more purchases. Aphrodite have lost a customer and will no doubt lose lots more with the way they deal with customers

Very dissatisfied with a purchase. I have been waiting for 15 days and I still have not received my item, you are a premium retailer and only use cheap couriers to ship, you know the Royal Mail is on strike, why not adapt Shipping by FedEx? Very bad shopping experience, there will be no next time, everything is bad! 0 points for all. And you also charge £20 for postage, same shopping in the UK, they charge £13, and use DHL to ship. You are all unreasonable, I hope you refund the postage! ! !

I ordered a parcel which never arrived the post man said he left it in the bin at the rear of the house it was never there I lost £120 never mind I won’t Ever order again

Absolutely shocking customer service Not willing to listen or even consider exchange Just kept being told the terms and conditions and you have to pay for the return I’m not convinced the item was genuine But it certainly seemed faulty Would stay clear of these at all costs

Very disappointed, i start my day thinking of new order, but I first go to post office to pick my ex and surprised 😮 when they asj me for 40 dollars tax,so i return home got money 💰 and another round to post office, it can't be RM 19 pounds including tax ,instead you can use DHL at least they bring it to my house

Not happy with returns policy over Xmas period - customer services not willing to help at all will only give a online credit note 🤦‍♀️Most stores had an extended Xmas returns policy
