“£5 postage AND THEN return postage not paid! Cost me £8 postage for a £50 too I didn’t want. Won’t shop with them again I don’t think. Most places now do free returns. I’m happy to pay £5 delivery IF returns are free”

“I got an email, to say when my parcel would be delivered. Then got another to say that the parcel had not been dispatched and that the item was lost. When the parcel arrived, the t-shirt has yellow line marks on the front and back? I rang the Sunderland store and she said for me to bring the t-shirt in so the manager could have a look... I haven't really got time to go into Sunderland City center...? I have tried to wipe the marks off just to see if it had just been brushed against something light... The marks haven't been able to come off it must be a stain.”

Hi, the order was placed Thursday afternoon after the 3pm cut off time for next working day delivery, it was shipped on the following day and then the tracking shows that it was signed for on the next working day. There is a Saturday delivery option at the checkout if you required the parcel earlier.
