I would strongly reccommend you avoid this company. Ordered a £752 moncler jaccket on the 12th nov, over a month later,still not been delivered! They use a useless delivery company called DPD. Ive had many bad experiences with DPD. One occasion they took a pic of my item at the communial door to the apts, threw it back in the van,and had the cheek to send a text to say,sorry they missed me even though i was in at the time,as i witnessed it from my balcony. Another time they claimed my intercom wasnt working at the time, got a neighbour to test it,fine working order. However,yes,i missed 2 attempted deliveries due to being at work,so i used their option to select a specific delivery day. I chose a day where i would be home all day,DPD sent email to confirm my item will be delivered on my chosen day,but guess what? it never turned up! Now my item has gone missing,they cant find it, no replies from DPD,no communication at all. This jacket was a birthday present for the 10th dec,very doubtful wether he will get it as an xmas present either. very upset son! I have my own ideas whats happend to my parcel, lets just say ive witnessed on a few occassions,where police have boxed in a delivery van and arrested the driver. I have little hope of seeing my item ever being delivered. Disgusted.

Sent the wrong size. Rang to inform them. Was told to send pictures. Sent pictures. No response from them. Had to send the item back at my cost. Judge a company on how they respond when things go wrong. Wouldn’t use again.

Well I would if the stupid courier didn’t leave it outside in communal area for it to be stolen !!!and you are dragging your feet to refund me

I ordered some joggers when the delivery man came he handed me over the package and when I opened the package my joggers weren’t there and it was just filled with empty wrapping paper and it was stuffed of it! When I reported this they betrayed me as a liar and never issued me any compensation

Hi Robert, thanks for your feedback. I can see that there was a delay in your parcel being delivered by DPD as you had not paid the customs fees, this was settled 9 days later, allowing delivery to take place. All transit times are given as an estimate. Kind Regards Rachael - Aphrodite

Yet again I am writing a highly disappointing review of my experience here. I received a used item and there is no replacement as their stock ran out. They were not able to offer any reasonable alternative besides a refund. It is absolutely apauling and if anyone is reading this, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased 3 and within 4 days of using the material is unravelled. Both myself and son who saved to buy these mask are unhappy.

I ordered Adidas trainers, they arrived & one was badly faded, the box was damaged, there was no packaging in the shoes or box & no tags in the shoe. I was sent the wrong the returns label, & communications were very poor

I bought your shoes in good faith and then I realised another company were selling the shoes for 77 pounds and I just can't believe in this economy and you should have a duty of care to give the best possible deal I am.struggling to.keep.my emotions in tact I would send them.back to.you but I am shielding just now Hope you can meet the other companies price

Avoid this merchant at all costs they are worse than the COVID-19 pandemic. Please spend your hard earned cash somewhere else that actually respects their customers.

A shame. Delivery was excellent but let down badly by the fact that there’s no prepaid label for returns. Had to pay £16 to return as shoe size came up too small. For this reason this poor review.

I was really disappointed as my order was taken and I was told it was dispatched and then just got another email saying that I had been refunded as the product was no longer in stock. It was a Christmas present so very disappointed.
