“Quick efficient service … goods received next day as promised and well packaged. Unfortunately the trainers I purchased were too big and my only suggestion is that a better solution for returns is found as it cost over £11 for me to return the item, as Aphrodite suggested tracked’ delivery … because of this I have not reordered the smaller size in case they are too small, as don’t want to pay a further £11. Will need to try and find somewhere with cheaper returns policy… suggestion is perhaps a prepaid label which customer can purchase from Aphrodite as I am sure Aphrodite must have better rates with a delivery company used to deliver their items to customers. Thanks”

“It was the first time that I bought on the page, and I selected a BARBOUR jacket for an amount of €407.41 with the change from pounds. I was very grateful that the shipping was free for this amount and also that I received the products correctly packed and within the correct time frame. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to also have to pay an invoice of €197 for customs duties. An added cost that is not clearly noted on the page and that represents an extra cost of 48% on the price of the item.I must tell you that although your products have excellent quality and even if your shipping for these amounts is free, the exorbitant costs of customs fees prevent me from buying your products again. I hope that they have very good clients within their country, and that their European clients have enough purchasing power to continue buying from them. Meanwhile... God bless the queen!”

“Ordering and shipping went smoothly until it reached the final destination, namely Romania. Parcel entered the country on 12th December and since then it is in processing with the National Postal Service. They have a huge backlog in processing parcels. Advice: please allow the customer to choose the express delivery option handled by DPD. Thank you!”

“Quick delivery, ordered two sizes to check for fit and was easy enough to return the one that didn't fit. Free return postage cost would be nice for my kind of situation, especially for expensive items.”

“Happy with the goods but I'll avoid buying online again as you use Royal Mail as a courier and they're rubbish. Sent a message saying delivering on one day , I changed it , they still delivered on the original day , my daughter was in the house , they delivered to a neighbour. I won't buy anything the Royal Mail are down to deliver , they're shocking.”

“AFTER A SMALL ISSUE EVERYTHING WAS SORTED OUT VERY QUICKLY AND THE STAFF MEMBER I THINK CALLED RACHAEL WAS REALLY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL, ITEM ARRIVED BOXED, THE BOX WAS SLIGHTLY BASHED IN BUT WAS OKAY, AND THE FACE MASK I ORDERED WAS JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWED. QUICK DELIVERY AND WILL CERTAINLY RECCOMEND AND BUY AGAIN.”
