Ordering and shipping went smoothly until it reached the final destination, namely Romania. Parcel entered the country on 12th December and since then it is in processing with the National Postal Service. They have a huge backlog in processing parcels.
Advice: please allow the customer to choose the express delivery option handled by DPD. Thank you!
