“I still haven’t received my order Communication is very poor I have filled out a form sent it in No acknowledgment and no updates as to what has happened to my item It would appear was left outside my house in the open in full view of the whole road”

“Not happy at all the package was delivered by Royal Mail and left on my doorstep not taken back to the depot and it was gone when I got home”

I'm very sorry to hear this, I have looked into this further and can see that a claim with the courier has been submitted as advised by the team. If a delivery does not take place on the expected date we have 30 days from the date of dispatch to investigate with the courier used. Investigations can take up to 30 days to complete and the outcome of which will be dependent on the investigation and each case will be looked at on an individual basis.
