Worst delivey Company ever. Each parcel delivered, broken or damaged. APC even put lots of their sticky tape to mask their shody service. Can onlh say they DO NOT give a damn (must be ex baggage handlers to have all deliveries miss treated. Oh and ss a bonus, late delivery and broken APC you suck. My cat Rory had to be put to sleep on 25/09/24.i contacted Roshill pet cremation services and paid for my cat to be cremated and put in a casket with her name on it to go with my other 2 caskets with my other deceased cats to all be buried with me when I pass away,Rosehill said they would be picking my cat up on Friday 27/09/24,.all ok. On Tuesday the 1/10/24 I received a message saying that Rory would be delivered back to me on Wednesday 2/10/24,waiting in all day nothing came,I rang APC and was told short of drivers and could not deliver that day BUT ASSURED ME that my cats ashes would arrive the next day before 10-30am on Thursday 3/10/24,Again did not arrive,spoke to Rosehill and they called them and were told complaint was being looked into and that my cats ashes in casket would be delivered on Friday 4/10/24,no apology OFF APC,never contacted me back like they said they would,terrible service .APC is only up the road from me 10 mins Away, I have read some of the reviews and they are not good,please stay away from this delivery company seems they are not good by the comments left.i will be contacting the papers about this matter and also compensation for the stress they are causing me,shocking company 😒

scammers are used this companies to defrauded me $12,900 but with the aixaLtd. com , i got back my money from those scammers

They lost my dogs ashes and didn't have decency to tell me until 2 weeks later. How can it out for delivery on Tuesday, not found on Wednesday, scanned going in van Thursday then lost again. This company is a joke

Not a good experience, especially from the Orpington depot. A claimed failed delivery on Friday, but customer has video evidence showing no attempt made that day. Promised Saturday morning and to contact customer if there was an issue. No delivery and no phone call. Then a promise it was on the van for delivery to our customer today 30/09/2024 delivery no. 4 before 11am. After several communications it was not even on the van. Customer collecting himself. Time and Money lost by us and our customer. Honesty does not appear to be their best policy! Update: APC phoned customer as he was leaving...they've lost the parcel!

The parcel was not delivered on the arranged date, depot contacted, to be delivered that day and I had requested it to be left in a safe place, which the depot agreed would be done. Arrived home to find the parcel sitting on our doorstep in full view of anyone passing by!!

On Monday at around 10:42 we missed a delivery. I rearranged the delivery for the next day (03/09/24). I checked the tracking on the 3rd, and was surprised to note it hadn't updated, so I rang the Gateshead depot to be told that I'd rearranged delivery for the 6th, this is a lie. The online tracking confirms delivery was rearranged for yesterday. The gentleman I spoke to also confirmed that the parcel would be delivered today, I've checked again and there's been no updates. I attempted to ring the local depot this morning, but can't get through. If the parcel is redelivered on the 6th I won't be in. I feel that my local depot have lied, and I'd like this looking into. I did eventually get through to a lady from the North Shields depot, she placed the call on hold, came back and pretended she couldn't hear me. Absolutely shocking. I booked APC overnight for an essential delivery. I allowed an extra day just in case. They picked up Thurs and have still yet to deliver as of Monday morning. Local depot informed me of logistics issues yet APC will not refund. Totally gutted. Never using again

I ordered my package in August 6 they made a one day not report but reported constantly until the report stopped i didnt get a new report about my package from 14 august until today i still haven't got my report i failed a complaint and they said a resetive will contact you soon they still haven't reported back not to mention they said that the estimated delivery of the package was between 21-23 in august now today is the 25 in august i hope my package arrives would not recommend to anyone

Delivery did not turn up next day gave it another day no delivery then phoned up to be given 3 different excuses from the first day delivery driver was sick now it issues

Was meant to have a pick up at there Glasgow depot and they moved it to Lanark last minute which is the her an hour away from where I stay. I then organised a delivery on Friday and they never showed up, called or anything. So took another day off today (Tuesday) and get one of there incompetent staff members calling me to say sorry I won’t be getting a delivery there’s nothing on the system. She had no idea how it happened so I asked to speak to a manager whose name is Darren. She puts me on hold comes back and says that he’s not available, I refuse to believe that so I say am not going off the line until I speak to him. I then hear her whispering to who I assume is Darren and she says she has sent Darren a message to call me. Still no phone call from Darren and this joke off a company have had my parcel for 3 weeks. Anyone reading this, please avoid this company at all costs, especially the Lanrk depot, it’s the blind leading the blind up there clearly.

Having read through some of the other reviews, I feel quite confident what is happening here. APC-Overnight were due to collect from my property today (25th July). I gave them a call on the general number at around 9am to see if the driver was nearby/for a more accurate estimate of when the driver would pick up my content, and was told they had already tried to collect 10 minutes prior, and that they had left the area and would not return. After reading the comments below, I am of no doubt that this is a bare-faced lie. I was within several feet of my front door the whole morning, no knock, no van outside. APC's general service could only give me an email address to contact, no phone number, citing some technical issue, and from that point I had an email conversation with APC that went the same way as many comments below describe - we came, here is a street view image of your door, our GPS data shows they were there, please re-order collection at a cost. They respond to emails well enough, but as other reviews have pointed out, it's a waste of time to communicate with them if they deny they did anything wrong and claim things that patently aren't true about their service. Terrible. I never heard of this company before, but will never use them again. Do not go with APC Overnight!

Company refuse to leave it in a safe place or with neighbour even though I have them permission to. Everybody is at work when they deliver so the product doesn’t come to you for ages. Ridiculous set up. Every other company give you that option and are fine with it. Woman on customer service very rude and unhelpful.

Had a fridge delivered on the wrong day, so I was out. Driver left it with my elderly 87 year old neighbour in her open porch. Fortunately, it didnt rain but it was still quite unacceptable - it was a fridge - hardly a handbag or similar small package. I had great difficulty in getting it from her house to mine as I am also in my eighties.
