Awful unhelpful rude customer services. Don’t deliver goods after 3.0clock told it’s my fault not home to take deliver,I work 8-4 & Saturdays so could not be home for their silly times. Would not leave in safe place wanted signature so Told to pick it up from depot over 20 miles away. Rude to me on phone unhelpful,this was an Amazon delivery they actually put phone down on me . No later delivery than 3am is madness in this day & age photo evidence is the new signature.

I would have given minus star if I had a choice! This is an awful delivery company! I have been waiting for 3 days to receive the good I bought! On the first day, the driver was new to his work and area and couldn't find the address and was told I will get my purchase on the second day. The second day my good was not taken for delivery with no explanation! And here I am, on the third day and still no sign of my item! I had paid an extra £9.99 for the next day delivery and this so called APC Overnight delivery company is so incompetent that I have not still received my good. Their telephone system is as bad as their service, as well. One have to call so many times for someone to pick the phone and answers back. One word, "AWFUL".

lazy driver didn't bother to get out of his car to check if the gate to my accomidation was locked or not (it was unlocked and would of opened easily upon trying) - this was confirmed by a customer service employee. I then had to cancel an appointment so the driver could re-deliver the parcel (which did not happen). I also paid for expensive shipping as the package was urgent - now I either have to wait and book for a re-delivery or go to the hub to pick it up myself. This whole experience greatly inconvienced me and is highly fustrating - next time I will order from a different retailer to avoid this company entirely. I compeletly do not recomend. The customer serives experience was awful, I had a very polite and understanding person but the system seems broken and disjointed. I had to call several numbers to organise a re-delivery which was a lengthy proccess and I spent half my day waiting on a driver who has already made evident a lack of care for their job to re-deliver a package on their terms. I have no idea when they will deliver the package and they haven't bothered contacting me, I was assured it would be here before a certian time - however it hasn't arrived and upon re calling I was connected to a short tempered member of staff who provided no help. For the companies sake I hope this is a lazy driver but considering the low ratings I severely doubt it. Don't use this company even if it is your only option. I would of graded this lower than one star but that wasn't an option :/

First time round the driver waited 18 seconds then cleared off with my package (porch door was unlocked!). It was finally delivered the following day after I stick a huge note on the door! This time I had a message to expect my delivery at 14.32 - 16.32pm yesterday and nothing turned up. No explanation or rescheduling - NOTHING! Useless company!

Absolutely useless company. Delivery instructions states to leave by the door as my area is safe, driver decided upon himself to NOT leave the package and to take it back, emailed APC and was told re delivery was the next day, Monday, waiting all day Monday and nothing. Emailed again and was told that they did not infact try and re deliver Monday and is now scheduled for Tuesday! ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM

Received a card through the letterbox to say I had missed a delivery.No prior notice of a delivery I was out shopping.Telephoned the depot and a really unhelpful guy stated that they had tried to deliver and now awaiting instruction from the sender??What a load of rubbish this company is.Why put a leaflet through the letterbox if you can't reschedule or collect the item!!!

Comedy of errors! Day 1 - Delivery window given then a text later to say delayed. Package one at delivery depot, pack 2 somewhere else. Day 2 - Delivery window given and time passes. Package one didn't leave the Delivery depot, Package 2 attempted at wrong house 2 streets. Ops manager assures me via customer services both packages delivered next day. Day 3 - Delivery window given and passes, custimer services concerned that driver not near me and going in opposite direction, been with them 2 days. Day 4 - Delivery window given I'm drop no 34, tracking not working again as told drivers scanner is broken. Delivery window comes and goes and customer services apologetic but has no clue what is goin on. An hour later I go to leave my house and a van turn up, success at last but nearly wasnt. Driver was only going to give me 1 of 2 packages of which he would had I not been there. This has to be THE worst service I have ever received from anyone over anything and I'm 52. PLEASE AVOID, DONT PURCHASE FROM PPL USING APC :(

A delivery of perishable food due with me on 31st October on an overnight delivery arrived a day late at the delivery hub, according to tracking info and sat there for a further 24 hours before being loaded for delivery today, 2nd November. Sender says food will now be perished and requested it is returned. Shocking non service.Last APC delivery I had said an item had been delivered when it hadn’t. Will no longer deal with any company that uses APC, just too unreliable.

Had an email after waiting in all day for my parcel to be told delivery was attempted but no one home! I have a ring doorbell and nobody was seen to arrive at my address or even knock on the door. Terrible practices!!!

We were given a window of two hours for the delivery of our parcel. It did not arrive during that period. So half an hour after the end of that slot I went onto the tracking system. This showed our parcel to have been within three miles of our property just two minutes before the end of the two hour delivery time, and three stops before our drop off. So I gave them thirty minutes to reach us - but no sign of them. So I again went onto the tracking system to check where they were only to find that they were about 40 miles away heading in the opposite direction???? I decided to phone the company delivery depot and see what’s going on. I selected the options for deliveries and listened to the phone ringing for several minutes - before it stopped without being answered. Waited ten minutes and checked tracking again. Still 40 to 50 miles away and showing stop 15! ‘Customer services’ inappropriate title no service and so far (1 hr 10mins later) no delivery! And now showing 60 miles away. What a waste of time!

The most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. Waiting for a parcel for 8 days, spend over an hour on the phone calling daily. Every day promised the parcel would be delivered and if any issues they would ring me. To find out they haven’t even bothered trying to deliver the parcel and have just sent it back.

App company. Shocking behaviour, tracked my parcel all the way to the house to then be told no one answered. We have 6 people in the house so would have definitely heard them. Rang up and spoke to the Kent branch to be spoken to like absolute trash by 2 separate woman. Very unprofessional and rude

Was really happy with the tracking service and watched the van getting near. Then checked again to see a note with a picture of our gate and saying delivery was attempted but no one was available. 4 people were in the house! Another parcel company delivered a parcel at about the same time! I tried to call the company to be told they were open until 6 on a recorded loop that went on for hours! But no operator available to take my call! My plans to paint the bathroom this weekend scuppered by lazy delivery driver! I will not order goods from a company that uses APC as their courier service in the future!

Two text messages giving expected time of delivery, shortly after the latest time had elapsed tracking stopped. Phoned local APC, deliveries had stopped for the day. I had left instructions for goods to be left on the FRONT door step which the person in customer relations read out to me. Next day, more texts to give expected time for delivery. This time delivery was made, but large, heavy packages were left at the side, gable end, of the house. I am quite some way past retiring age and have had to manoeuvre and move into the house two 30 kilo boxes out of the rain. A comparatively easy task had they been left, as requested, by the front door. To add insult the driver had put underneath the delivery photo, ‘As requested’. We have regular deliveries with drivers always happy to put parcels in the designated place.The ladies on customer services were very patient and helpful.

Appalling service & extremely rude customer service They don’t leave ‘tried to delivery’ cards…only knew they’d tried to deliver when found email in my junk inbox Checked security cameras & delivery guy hadn’t even rung doorbell Tried to get redelivered & unfortunately I missed answering door in time so when phoned to arrange redelivery again I got an incredibly rude ‘customer service’ woman with terrible attitude on phone who kept speaking over me whilst I tried to explain situation & she abruptly told me that they will not leave parcel in safe place unless the sender requests (irrelevant of whether it’s more convenient for the receiver!!! & they return parcel to sender after 3 attempts!!) Unfortunately I had no option but to have this courier company delivery my parcel as they were chosen by the sender …personally I’d never use them as their service is terrible and zero ‘customer service’ Hopefully my parcel gets delivered successfully on 3rd attempt!!
