If I could give no stars I would. They are truly the worst courier company in the UK. I ordered from an online supplier who sadly chose to use APC. It was sent next day, but didn't arrive. I spoke to their Stoke office, who couldn't care less. Just we haven't got it here so how can we deliver it to you. The person I spoke to promised to call me back but couldn't be bothered so didn't. I called her back the next day and was told it wasn't her fault that somebody hadn't called me back, even though she was the one who said she would. I was told that there was nothing they could do and I should take it up with the sender. The sender apparently spoke to them and was told that they had sent it to the wrong depot by mistake and arranged for the delivery to come out the following day but because it was now going to be 3 days late they would upgrade it to a morning delivery. I waited..and waited. The driver eventually turned up at 10 past 3 in the afternoon! It wasn't his fault so I politely asked him if it shouldn't have been delivered in the morning. Unfortunately he did not understand as he could speak and understand very little English. All he could say was 'Call the office they will say sorry' As he could say this line quite clearly I think he was very used to saying it. I run an ecommerce business and would never put my customers through the pain of dealing with this third rate shockingly bad organisation that have no interest in performance or customer service.

Firstly they said I was not in, I was in all day. They didn’t even leave a calling card, so I doubt he even bothered trying to find my block on the complex. I am disabled and I was waiting for new crutches, most annoyed. I ordered product on the Thursday morning, for the Friday delivery, as it was a bank holiday. Phoned them and they said delivery would be on the Tuesday. Most annoyed. Tuesday came, delivery man rang my intercom, I asked him to bring it to my front door, he was extremely rude saying he could not deliver to my door and it would be left in the foyer. I explained I was disabled and that where some parcels have been left in foyer had been stolen. He did agree to bring it to my door then promptly left it in foyer. Luckily I am well known here and a resident kindly brought it up for me. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Rude customer services. Their T&C and refund policy has changed multiple times to a point where they are responsible for nothing. Never using their services again, do not recommend!

THE WORST delivery service in UK. I live in central London, and they are the only delivery company that cannot find the address, and lie systematically about nobody being at the delivery address. Waiting for an overnight delivery for a week, and their “help” line is not only useless (they won’t take responsibility for not delivering, and will return the item to the sender) but also extremely rude - a common feature in the negative reviews, denoting lack of training and accountability in this company. To be avoided.

I have nothing but praise for APC and the courier services they offer. Our business's experience of APC is such that we consider our parcels as good as delivered as soon as we book a collection. In ten years of using them we can only recall ONE instance of an undelivered parcel (for which we were fully compensated). To put that into perspective: another well-known widely used courier we tried lost, on average, four parcels a month and made claiming compensation a nightmare! Also, their customer service department (which is a freephone number, I might add) is always helpful and always contacts us when they say they will: nothing is too much trouble for them. There may be couriers out there offering you a cheaper price but, from our experience, cheap couriers are a false economy. APC are the benchmark in our opinion and that peace of mind is priceless. Said parcel had been delivered? The company checked to track, and the parcel was redeployed back to depo. Still awaiting parcel and no further contact from APC... I would never recommend this company; they must employ some very dishonest drivers. We are in a position where our farm can not work fully as we have not received the appropriate parts; I will be contacting the company for a full refund and taken my business elsewhere where they do not use this company! “ stay away from this delivery service “

Wonderful service from the depots at Stoke on Trent and Cannock. When we missed a delivery they contacted the driver and an arrangement was made so that they got the item to us in less than 15 minutes. All the staff were helpful and worked on a way to solve the problem.

Said that my parcel had been delivered , told the company that I purchased from it had been delivered . It has not been delivered and no reply to my email to customer services . Frustrating , time wasting and I hope that I get my parcel or else it will be expensive too !!

Placed an order from a company that uses 'APC Overnight' as their chosen delivery carrier, Placed an order Wednesday night paid for next day delivery I didn't expect delivery on the Thursday as I missed the midday cut off so expected my goods on the Friday. 'APC' turned up around midday on the Friday minus 2 of my parcels, I telephoned the number on my email confirmation which went through to the company I purchased goods off, initially told me they can do anything about it as it has left their warehouse and is with 'APC' and that the remainder of the delivery will now be Monday, Not happy with this I insisted they deliver as planned today (Friday) was told it will not come today but will put in request to deliver on Saturday at a cost to them of £25. Not happy with the service I wrote a review on trustpilot regarding both the company I bought the goods from and 'APC'. Within 2 hours I get a response from 'APC' informing me that only 2 of the 3 packages left the depot for the delivery centre and they have located 1 of the others but cannot find the 3rd. We are now on Monday 3pm still no delivery and 'APC' saying that my delivery will be completed today but have no idea of ETA. I smell a rat here, 'APC' have more or less admitted that they have cocked up yet the company I bought the goods from have not only paid £25 for a Saturday delivery but I have heard nothing from them. Surely if another delivery order was placed for Saturday costing £25 why did 'APC' not inform the company regarding the missing package and admit there is no way until found they cannot deliver and in turn why hasn't the company contacted me to give me some kind of customer service follow up. Shocking Service by whomever is covering for the other, Shambles of a company who cannot look after your goods and lose them from Depot to Delivery centre.

I received an email informing me my Parcel had been delivered. There is no sign of any delivery even though I have been at home all morning, no note through the door confirming the delivery. I’ve checked whether it’s been left anywhere around the outside of the house, nothing. I’ve emailed customer service to confirm non-delivery and asked for photo evidence, which most delivery companies undertake as standard, I’ll wait to see what happens next.

Lost the items - customer service actually said it wasn't their problem. Imagine that, a delivery company who just ditch your goods and then tell you it's your problem, they don't care. Well, you don't have to imagine, they exist - it's APC.

Perishable parcel sent by APC. Delivered to the wrong address (20, but not my street). Clearly didn't check name as they claim to. Contacted them and the vendor as contents perishable. Vendor commendably prompt and told me they had contacted APC who had located the parcel and would be prioritising getting it to me. Contacted the local depot who actually laughed at the idea of priority and told me it would be done at the end of the day. Pointed out that the contents were perishable and was told very abruptly that it wasn't an issue, that they had until evening to deliver and I'd have to wait. They have form for this - this is the third time a parcel with APC has gone to the wrong location and their attitude is atrocious when asked to remedy their errors every time.

They never deliver on time normally 5 days late, or say we attempted delivery and left a card! Yeah NOT true because i have a ring door bell activates on movent!. This is all done so they can deliver when they have more drops in the same area. But they know you need it quick so you will pick it up from the depo your self. Im never buying from anyone who uses APC its a total scam to make you collect it! Same thing happens to me ONLY with APC

First delivery attempt did not leave a card ,second did not ring the bell so did some front gardening during the delivery slot and received the parcel, clearly many others having similar experience. An excellent, detailed informative delivery system not followed through to delivery. Strange Trustpilot not accepting this feedback by my email or Google for APC which often happens with poor feedback for certain of their customers!

Online purchase, APC tried to deliver, failed. I rearranged via their website for redelivery 4 days later on a Saturday. Sat in all day, no one answers their phone appalling service, their ap is useless and inaccurate, absolute waste if time.

Used this company for the very first time and I was disappointed, my package was never delivered, driver claims he did , very dodgy the whole procedure.

Insanely inaccurate estimated delivery times. I'd recommend businesses go with somebody like Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes instead. At least their delivery times are within the promised timeslot.

Unreliable service with wildly inaccurate estimated delivery times. Promised overnight delivery and 5 days later, still no parcel. Rural Dorset is a challenge, but other delivery firms manage it.
