“Be nice to be able to log in, find an old order and then just repeat that order. Since we always buy the same thing..”

Dear Valued Customer, You are able to save your basket using your email address and a password. On placing another order you can click straight into the basket (top right corner) and click on 'Retrieve Basket' at the bottom. Hope this helps. Kind Regards, Anyfoam

“Ordered some samples, to be called and told they were too small to be made. No problems, and good customer service, but I would suggest changing the website so it does not let you order sizes which are not possible to be made.”

“I don't think customers should be forced to tell you where they heard about you. After orders on several occasions it becomes a little tedious. From an online retailing point of view, it's another barrier in the check out process. Be interesting to see how many people add to basket but don't check out. Reduce the barriers = reducing that percentage.”

“Website is easy to use. When paying by paypal on some other sites, your delivery details are filled in for you. This would be an improvement.”

“Anyfoam has the best prices I have found online, and an easy to use custom size calculator for custom cut pieces of foam. However the website is short on technical information about the products, such as density and hardness figures, and the staff don't have the figures either. It's also a shame that a few other products such as latex foam or 8lb recon are not stocked as that would really make this a one stop shop for foams. I haven't received my foam yet so can't comment on delivery or order/cutting accuracy.”

“I have just placed an order on "Any Foam" web site. I have been asked to write a review. This seems an odd request but I could win a prize! At this point I can only guess what will happen next but I am hopeful that the products I have ordered will be accurately cut, will delivered as explained and will be of good quality. I would rather write after I receive my order!”

“Payment via PayPal should be accepted no matter how I settle my bill with Paypal. When I called to enquire about my failed payment and asked them to contact Paypal about this, they refused and only said that they can only help by taking my payment over the phone and not including Amex.”
