“Web site not easy to negotiate. Continue Shopping always returned to the picture not the list of items and prices.”

“I couldnt order on my tablet as the part of the order form Didn't show for details and payment. So I tried my phone and just managed so the order form could do with some work on the form for tablets and phones”

“Ordering process easy and choices explained but being asked to fill in review before actually receiving ordered items so can't comment on the finished product. Would suggest to leave the feedback request for a week until we can actually say something about the quality of the product rather than just the functionality of the website.”

“It was veryeasy and clear how to order but when I got to check out and make the order for 2 pieces of foam it did not register x2 immediately and i had to muck about a bit then it recognised I wanted two pieces of foam of the same dimensions. The payment didn't take me past my bank security check, but that could be my banks fault. I am looking forward to my order arriving. This is the first time i have used you but if all goes well and the foam arrives soon I will recommend you to people and be using you again. Thank you”

“NOT enough shape choices at all. Their cheap foam prices far outweighed by postage costs. As is now usual they are another English company charging much higher prices for Parcel Force services then Parcel Force themselves advertise and, of course, they blame Parcel Force. Who knows which one's the liar or the thief. Having to purchase so much online for my business I am sick to death of this sort of thing. Universal charges...LIES. Free UK delivery...LIES Next Day Delivery...VERY BIG LIE. An offensive joke....miss-selling by companies and miss-representation on webpages. Lies, lies, lies.”

Dear Diane, thank you for your feedback, I think your frustration has to do with Outer Hebrides and Parcelforce. We charge postage at cost, in many cases like yours we actually charge less than Parcelforce. If you put your postcode, our postcode, 5kg into the Parcelforce calculator (http://www.parcelforce.com/price-finder) you will see that they charge: " £21.59 express24, Guaranteed 3 working days " As you paid £17.38, we actually lost money in this case! Parcelforce's next day delivery takes 3 days to the Outer Hebrides. Kind Regards, AnyFoam Ltd.

“Your website is intuitive and easy to use. Prices are clear and information about the delivery is also provided in a good way. However when I entered my phone number in the billing address section, the phone number entered in the billing address ends up in the delivery address when the confirmation email arrives. This needs to be fixed. Sometimes other people buy things for their relatives who have a different number and address. This does not mean that the phone number of the payer is exactly the same as the phone number of the person who is to receive the goods. This is a programming bug or incorrect business rule specification in your website's code and needs to be fixed. Thanks”
