“Quick delivery, good service. Present well received but I did think pricey compared to similar products elsewhere. That said the print and size made it unique”

“Great duvet cover. They didn't have any in stock for a while and didn't respond to my email asking when it would be back in stock but I figured this was down to Covid limitations. But once it was in stock and I ordered it, it came within a couple of days. Love it!”

“Lovely products and service. I'd have given 5 stars but I felt the postage was a little expensive...or that there should be free delivery when spending over a certain amount. It didn't stop me buying in the end but I did deliberate over it for a long time ...had seen the site and things I liked but I only purchased when I found a 20% off voucher. Anyhow I'm very pleased with my purchase and now that I've seen how lovely the products are I'll be sore tempted to buy more in the future. The designs are delightful.”

“Lovely unusual door mat for new kitchen so pleased with one I bought another very disappointed with yodel delivery as it failed to arrive as per text message from company then was delivered 2 days later without any further contact and as I was out a blank card was left with no indication where it had gone fortunately I found the neighbor who had it”

“not used my sleeping bag yet, but love the colour, was easy to get back into the pillowcase, and feels lovely and soft. ideal for another throw as well, as zip opens right out. only given 4 stars as I,ve not treid it yet so can't comment on warmth.”

“Lovely products. Lovely prints. Good cotton . Only odd thing was on panda print pillowcases the loose fabric at the opening was on the top rather than the underside of the pillow do not quite as tidy on the bed ( but in cute drawstring bags in the same print. Speedy delivery and good communication as always with Anorak.”

“I have looked at the animal door mats for a long time and finally decided to treat myself to two. I love how they look and the quality is great, unfortunately I had to put them outside rather than inside as they are too thick for the door to open over but I still love them”

“I love the Anorak designs. Have previously ordered two duvet sets, the quality of which have been superb. The website is easy to use and orders are despatched quickly. Customer services also respond promptly. I removed a star as I returned a T shirt recently. For £30 I would have expected better quality- it was see- through. A shame.”

“Everything was 5 star and fabulous......the only thing that led me to drop a star was that the towels have dropped some threads on the edge. That is disappointing. The quality of everything else is superb and the delivery was light speed!”

“I bought two hand towels with designs matching storage bags that I had bought previously for my utility room. The pattern I obviously liked, the towels were soft (endorsed by my teenage son) and I hope that they will wash well. The only issue was that the tags were on so tight that when I tried to remove them, one of the towels loops got caught and snagged, causing a pulled line in the pattern. This was disappointing. I also emailed to ask if they could check where my order was but have had no reply or acknowledgement to date. It was during Covid time but other companies have managed to get back to me promptly.”
