“I requested a refund on the 15th may. I had to chase it and provide my return receipt. I thought it had been been processed already but it turns out it’s been done today. That is almost five weeks later. What utterly shocking my customer service. I’m appalled you have got it so wrong. Disgusted Rachel Grigg”

“Beautiful dress-love the quality of the fabric-hangs really nicely. The retro print is on the right side of quirky without being I sized down & the only reason for 4 stars is because there’s no “exchange” facility so had to order again”
