“Issue with polling in newly laid carpets. Initially informed that given time unsightly lines would disappear within a few weeks. Unfortunately not the case . Thanks to timely interventions by Richard we received replacement carpets from manufactures. He ensured by follow up phone call that we were satisfied with new carpets.”

“The customer service in Andersons is excellent. I have recently moved to Inverurie and have bought a number of furniture items and am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the items. I have dealt with a number of staff and they have all been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They clearly want to give their customers a great service,there is no 'hard sell' and Im sure the staff take pride in knowing they have satisfied customers. I have recommended Andersons to friends as I have no doubt they would recieve the same high quality service.”

“Had Amtico flooring fitted in my kitchen/dining/family room. Lindsey Cameron was very friendly and very helpful and I was so happy that I got to take home big samples of flooring as it’s very difficult to choose when you only have little samples. Took four days to fit, both the fitters were excellent, could not fault them. Would definitely recommend Andersons of Inverurie.”

“Andersons of Inverurie is locally owned and run and it shows in their great customer service. My living room suite and bedroom furniture were bought there and most of my carpets. I recently needed to replace the flooring in my utility room unexpectedly after it was torn during a delivery. Andersons provided a professional quote for replacement which was accepted by the company responsible. Mr Anderson then personally recommended a suitable replacement floor covering which I am delighted with and the fitters could not have been more efficient and helpful. A recent problem with an aged recliner was dealt with quickly although it was no longer under warranty. Andersons were under no obligation to help me but did for which I am very grateful. I thoroughly recommend Andersons for all your furnishing and flooring needs - you won't find better service anywhere else.”
