“We are using Anderson's for carpets, furniture, blinds and to help with colour scheme decisions for a current house project. We've found all their staff to be so friendly and knowledgeable. We have gone in a little daunted by decisions to be made but they have made it easy and enjoyable. The range in store is extensive, it also helps that the store feels spacious and you can wander without being pounced on.”

“We are very happy with the service we received. Frank helped us navigate the huge selection on furniture available and provided a choice of layout options. Morgan helped with decor, carpets and curtains and Ally in flooring organised samples and fitting. Everyone we dealt with in the store was lovely. The carpet/flooring fitters, curtain/blind fitter and furniture delivery/assembly gentlemen were all very professional, friendly and tidied up behind them.”

“Totally dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received from Anderson's. I was looking to replace two curtain poles to bay windows with better functioning Silent Gloss poles. After much discussion with Anderson's I abandoned the option for the first room since we could not agree what was required. I felt I was not being listened to despite the fact I had done in depth online research into the product. I did however decide to go with a simlper curtain track, as recommended by Anderson's for the second room. When they arrived to install said track they were unable to fit it because the brackets did not fit the window surround profile. This was despite the fact the woman who measured for the track, took photos of the surround and we discussed at length what would be required. When I suggested they get their joiner to rectify the profile by installing a wooden filler, I was told they do not have a joiner. They offered to refund in full the curtain track and take it away. However I employed my own joiner to complete the work and Anderson's reimbursed the cost of this together with their installation fee.”

“We have dealt with Andersons of Inverurie for probably 30 years and have bought quite a few pieces of furniture in that time including flooring our whole house. They always supply quality items and the staff are very nice. They have lovely coffee shop on the upper floor and we can often be found in there sampling the tasty scones and coffees. Our go to place when furnishing the home or for a coffee!!”

“Our bathroom refresh needed new vinyl to complete the upgrade. Anderson’s had an extensive selection to choose from and gave excellent advice. I removed the door and bath panel and the new flooring was laid and fitted with absolute perfection. We couldn’t have wished for a more exemplary job. Thanks.”
