“I had a great experience at Anderson's and would highly recommend them to anyone. I purchased a chair which I thought was black but when it arrived it was a very dark grey so did not the cushions so I called Anderson's and they said instantly to bring the chair back as they would easily sell it and they would have black materials laid out to show me. I was just delighted as i thought I would be stuck with the chair but no it was hassle free and I now have a beautiful black chair in my lounge. Their furniture is of excellent quality and customer service is outstanding. In future I will not go anywhere else but just head straight to Anderson's.”

“I cannot praise the staff enough. We bought a suite, consisting of a two seater and three seater sofa. We then went upstairs and was given great advice on which bed would be suitable for an infrequently used guest room. When we got home I phoned Andersons and added an armchair to my order, no problem for the girls. We arranged for the furniture to be delivered the day after we moved into our new house. House purchase was then delayed and moving date was changed. Andersons was again able to accommodate our wishes. Two very polite gentlemen brought the furniture from Aberdeenshire to Ayrshire, a 4 hour journey, they could not have been more helpful with furniture positioned and bed built then on their way in 20 minutes. We will definitely buy from Andersons again.”

“I recently ordered blinds made to order and a trundle. While I am once again delighted with the quality and communication throughout, I noticed that two departments meant two different ways to deal with customers. The decoration department was happy to order with a deposit and payment after installation however the bedding department wasn’t happy with a deposit alone as I was phoned a few days before delivery to pay the remaining balance. Personally I would have preferred to pay after delivery as the bed could have been faulty or damaged.”
