“Karen was very helpful advising us on the correct bed for our guest room from the large choice available within the store. Plenty of opportunity to test the mattresses. The delivery was made within the stated timescale. Removal of old bed and installation of new one was very efficient. As yet no one has slept on it, but wouldn't expect any complaints (unlike the old one!).”

“We have moved into a new build and Andersons laid all of the flooring. They were very accommodating in working round uncertain dates and flexible to ensure the house removal could take place on the planned day. The team of fitters were superb. All were friendly and the quality of their work is second to none. Everything was left clean and tidy and there was no damage whatsoever. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any type of flooring work”

“Excellent products, bought at a good price in the sales. Brilliant delivery men full of cheer, and extremely careful. They deposited our very large heavy bedroom furniture upstairs, very carefully managing a tight hall and up a tricky staircase. Only slight niggle was a lack of communication between the office staff and the delivery men. I asked the office for an approximate delivery time and explained that the driveway had plenty of turning around space to pass onto the delivery team. This was not passed on and they backed the truck up a very long track, they also arrived very early before 9 am after being told it would be much later in the day. Luckily we were in and ready.”

We were well informed re the time of delivery and the men showed great expertise dealing with taking away our very heavy mattress and replacing it with our lovely ,comfortable replacement. “Ordered my Son's new bed in time for delivery on the day we moved into our new house & Anderson's arrived just as I turned the key in our new door. They kindly moved the old bed through to the other bedroom (I have reduced mobility so this was greatly appreciated) and they assembled the new bed in no time at all, removing all packaging etc. The Bed is great and mattress is super comfy! Although Anderson's did not have the type of bed I was after while in their showroom (metal framed) Karen Anderson kindly recommended one of their suppliers of metal framed beds to me and I have since purchased and again I too am delighted with my new bed ... Thanks Karen! First Class Service From Anderson's - Highly Recommend 100% - Happy Customer!”

“I was looking for a TV unit but couldn't find what I wanted in Elgin so went to Anderson's of Inverurie. Plenty parking and easy wheelchair access. Greeted by a very helpful lady, who showed me all their units. As it was lunchtime, we went up to their restaurant, well laid out and again wheelchair accessible, lovely meal, plenty of choice. Back down to showroom and made my choice. I was even given the sale discount which didn't start till the following week. Lovely furniture, will use them again in the future. Unit delivered within time stated by two lovely gentlemen.”
