“First of all we visit the Andersons restaurant about twice a week and think it’s the best place for food, service and cleanliness in Inverurie. The staff are wonderful, friendly helpful & obliging. We have made a lot of purchases both large and small in the various departments and find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. We have most recently ordered Hive Blinds for our conservatory firstly having them measured by Angela. We look forward to seeing them fitted.”

“As ever, the quality of both the service and product from Andersons is excellent. We have made a few purchases over past few years and have been lucky enough to have been looked after by Shaz. Extremely polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout and always trying to do the very best by us whilst having a bit of fun at the same time. Delivery staff too were great and again with all the same qualities showing what a great overall service customers receive. Fantastic all round. Thank you again.”

I did have in mind what I was out for as I had seen the 2 seater electric recliner in a sale leaflet and was delighted that it was in stock so did not have months of waiting for it which was a big bonus for me.I also enquired about a chair and footstool which was in your online sale clearance and your staff was very helpfull but missed it as it had been purchased a few days before.”

“Ordered a kitchen table and chairs and the assistant was excellent in guiding us to the size required. The order was delivered when expected. The delivery men were very good in assembling and talked us through how it went together if we needed to take apart. Overall we are very happy.”

We have always found an excellent selection of stock, good prices and really helpful and friendly staff. “This was my first order with Anderson's and I must say I have been impressed with their service. The item arrived promptly after the initial online purchase was made. Unfortunately the item had a slight issue (manufacturing fault, no fault on Anderson's part) after a quick phone call to Anderson's customer service the matter was resolved and a replacement item was promptly delivered. The staff member I spoke to was polite and understanding of the situation and dealt with the issue in a smooth and professional manner. It is obvious that Anderson's staff training is of a very high standard. I recently had a similar issue with a nationwide department store and unfortunately did not receive this level of professional customer care. Although I live in the London/Essex area I will certainly be using Anderson's online shop again due to their exemplary service. It is such a pleasure to be able to congratulate a company on their obvious interest in their patrons. The item itself is of great quality and I am enjoying using it. Thank you Anderson's.”

What I like the best is there is never any hard sell, the time to imagine living with the pieces and your truly awesome customer service people - warm and interested, nothing is too much trouble for them. A visit to Andersons is like visiting with friends. Thank you.”
