“Totally dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received from Anderson's. I was looking to replace two curtain poles to bay windows with better functioning Silent Gloss poles. After much discussion with Anderson's I abandoned the option for the first room since we could not agree what was required. I felt I was not being listened to despite the fact I had done in depth online research into the product. I did however decide to go with a simlper curtain track, as recommended by Anderson's for the second room. When they arrived to install said track they were unable to fit it because the brackets did not fit the window surround profile. This was despite the fact the woman who measured for the track, took photos of the surround and we discussed at length what would be required. When I suggested they get their joiner to rectify the profile by installing a wooden filler, I was told they do not have a joiner. They offered to refund in full the curtain track and take it away. However I employed my own joiner to complete the work and Anderson's reimbursed the cost of this together with their installation fee.”

“We waited longer than estimated for our sofa to arrive for it to arrive in an unacceptable condition. After months of back and forth they finally agreed to replace it. Again it took way longer than the estimated delivery to arrive I appreciate estimated delivery dates are a guide however I had to constantly chase for updates and constantly chase to get someone to assist with the issues to begin with. Shocking customer service, I would not recommend.”

“Let's start with the email salutation HI TURNER does not cut it with me as they know my title (Mr) and christian name. The sofa we purchased was indeed as we expected and delivered by to very professional men. Would have liked to have been informed regarding the delay in getting the sofa into stock rather than having to phone to enquire about the status, obviously Andersons do not hold communications in high esteem.”

“We bought 2 x expensive recliners about 2 months ago but the design shown a lever in the inner chair where we have found very uncomfortable and when sitting down we both get hurt from the lever. We have to put a small blanket to protect us”

“My order of over £4000 has been delivered incorrectly twice!!!! First time wrong colour & now the wrong size! An apology & a please feel free to use it while waiting at least another 8wks for replacement!!!! Very frustrated, disappointed customer.”

“Did not purchase reason being the salesman at flooring department was inattentive and not interested if he got my trade. I asked him to show me similar samples of flooring and he said there wasn’t any 🤷🏻‍♀️ Knowing full well there was other samples he couldn’t be bothered to help Very disappointed .”
