“Order a dining room set from Anderson’s. After receiving the wrong dining room table it took nearly a year to receive the correct table. Little in the way of apology and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. Coffee table received was also damaged, again a long lead time was suggested so we accepted a part refund and kept the item.”

“We are very disappointed that our order of furniture from the Maddison range has not as yet been completely fulfilled. The order was placed on the 16th of July. On chasing up the order we were informed that only part of the order was available for delivery as the bookcase had been missed of the consignment. We insisted that the available furniture was delivered immediately as we had sold our other pieces. The bookcase, as of today 13th November has still not been delivered with no communication as to a delivery date.”

“Waited 3 months for dining chairs only to receive the wrong shade of oak surround & now having to wait a further 2.1/2 months for the correct ones to be re-ordered. Although they said we could keep the wrong ones until the replacements arrive, overall we are very disappointed with the attitude & lack of apology for this mistake from Anderson’s for ordering the wrong chairs.”

“Excellent sales team , efficient service but the fitting of carpets purchased not the best , edges not fitted properly and gap on stairway which was not the service expected from such a reputable company , would not have carpets fitted by them again , for the price I paid poor fitting and disappointed customer”

“Used Anderson’s a number of times but dissatisfied during this purchase. Dining table delivered was the wrong size and coffee table was delivered damaged. Compensation offered for coffee table as a new one was unavailable and still awaiting delivery of the correct dining table 9 weeks later.”

“The team were very helpful in supporting with fabric choices and were patient whilst I made my decision. However, I was very disappointed at the lead time, which was months and was pushed out from the original date. I’m happy with both curtains and the fitter was brilliant but was generally really disappointed at the wait given how much the curtains cost.”

“Unfortunately our order was completely wrong . We waited for it sofa for 16 weeks then when it was delivered it’s was different sofa so then had to wait another 12 weeks for replacement. Now sofa is correct it’s lovely”

“4 times we have been in and know approached us.andersons must be losing thousands of pounds every week.if I ran a business like this it would close in 6 months.there coffee shop is excellent but the staff in the furniture shop are not interested also most of them are sitting at the desks doing paperwork if the manager wants to e mail that would be great.”
