“Delighted with the customer care from Michelle in the bedding department & love my new lounge & stair carpet, what a great bunch of guys. Stewart & Ally for the advice & swift order/delivery and a huge thanks to the team that laid the carpet, Ian, Aiden, Martin & Lewis, all went above and beyond moving heavy furniture etc etc. Very efficient & what could have been a stressful upheaval was actually a breeze 👌🏻”

“When I mentioned that I'd be walking home with a rug I'd just purchased, the lovely staff refused to let me do so and offered, on a weekend(!), to deliver it to my flat in Inverurie free of charge. Super kind and helpful staff, I really appreciated their efforts!”

“Bought a new bedroom carpet last year, then bought a new leather suite earlier this year. We had a few issues with the suite. From what we understand it was a new supplier to the business. Anyway, Andersons listened to us and didn't dismiss our claims. We just wanted it right from the start. We got there in the end and we're very happy. Great business to deal with.”

“Staff lovely but purchased a lovely bed and mattress . Waited over 6 weeks for them. Realised mattress far too hard. Only knew once slept on. No cover left on mattress as removed on delivery by drivers. We put a mattress protector on straight away. Can’t return it. Can’t sleep on it so will have to buy a new mattress. Expensive mistake.”
