“Overall I would say I am very impressed by Ancient Wisdom and their products. There have been a few issues with delivery recently, with items arriving damaged, but problems have soon been rectified. I'm not sure whether the soap is now being made by a different company as recently the quality has not been as good as before, but my customers are happy and cannot get enough of the soap and bath bombs so I will happily continue to reorder.”

“I ordered from abroad and unfortunately had a few problems like missing items and faulty items and I was a bit disappointed. I did think it would be my first and last time of ordering with Ancient Wisdom.I contacted customer services halfheartedly thinking ,well this is a loss for me for sure,I've got to say that their customer service is top notch,their response is quick and they resolved my problems.It did restore my faith.Also I got an explanation to why things go wrong sometimes and I appreciate that. I've got to say that I have been dealing with a few companies lately but Ancient Wisdom's approach to dealing with things has been the best.Keep it up.”

“Good company to deal with. Deliveries are usually actioned quickly and efficiently. Delays at peak trading periods as you would expect. Some damages, but overall well packaged. I have used the bulk and dropshipping options. My main suggestion would be if there are OOS products, could we be told about it. It currently doesn't show on the web order and the refund email just shows a value being credited to my card. Now I am waiting wondering what is coming and what is not. Just a line on the notification email would be great. Also a previous reviewer spoke of CSV feeds for stock on the drop shipping site, I agree the more information me the sellers have the better. The more we can sell. Some of the drop shipping prices are very high so there is very little margin left, but the service is good. Lesa”

“Brilliant company. I use to drop ship and never had any problems. If a customer has a damaged item or it never arrives they will send out a replacement no problem. I have a few suggestions though. I notice a large amount of products on the wholesale part are not available dropship part. It would be good if all products were available so I can broaden my range. Stock is another suggestions I have as the CSV sheets don't show quantity just low, medium and high etc so when low I don't know how many are left, which means I could get caught out. Finally on stock a back in stock would be useful or a notification of low stock Aside from those suggestions a great company.”
