“We are a natural health clinic in Marlborough and focus on all types of therapies but love to stock pendulums, incense & other wonderful Ancient wisdom goodies in our small shop/ reception area. We are here for the love of our work in helping to create a better world & Ancient Wisdom seems to fit in with our ethos. The staff are friendly & helpful & understand our lack of technology! One lovely lady ran through the warehouse as she 'd seen one of an item I was asking for! I love the newsletters from David as they are witty & informative. I don't normally read newsletters. Please put a picture of you in the next one! So thank you for your wonderful gifts & for dealing with us small people, who are actually magnificently big! “I am pleased with the products I have purchased. Delivery is quick enough. I have had a couple of damaged items but these were credited without any problem. Overall a decent company to deal with, nice products, fair prices.”

“Good delivery time, very well packaged. Great to find a wholesaler interested in ethically sourced goods (want to see more of that, thanks). I bought natural (woven, wood) products and all were really lovely quality. Would love to find more of such items. I qualified for the £100 worth of products but asked for only 1 to be sent. I got the whole lot which was horrible plastic stuff. The incense was not good quality sorry to say. Overall though, very happy and will be back again!”

“Lots of choice, low minimum orders and reward discounts are a great help to small retailers. Helpful customer service too - friendly and quick to respond Improvements - quality control can drop a little sometimes and I have found that products which were initially great can start to fall in quality. Customer service team always sort out issues but it can leave me short of stock or without a regular product for which I need to source an alternative at short notice. Also often get orders where a few items were out of stock, e.g. I order 4 boxes of chill pills but 2 are out of stock leaving my customers with limited choice unless I place another top up order and pay p&p -would be great if there was some way of notifying us and allowing an alternative to be selected (although I know not logistically easy)”

“Excellent choice at competitive prices. I made a small order to check out the service and quality. Disappointed at the quality of a couple of my items and I will be unable to sell these on which impacts on the overall viability of future purchases. I was pleased with the items that were of good standard.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion one of my items was sent incorrectly and one is falling apart I am waiting for a response after contacting on Friday. All other orders have been perfect and arrive in great time and perfect condition.”

“I have loved all my products from Ancient Wisdom and so have my customers. I have only one negative and this is that some of the products and packaging have been damaged on delivery, which is inconvenient.”

“I find your staff very helpful and efficient..The only issue is that the mosaics are not wrapped properly as in the butterflies etc are not separated so they rub off each other it only requires one sheet of bubble wrap between each. I hope this is helpful everything else is very good thank you for your sevice. Bernie omahony.”

“We are relatively new to AW having only started using them 4 months ago, so far we've been incredibly impressed by the variety available across the board. Although we've only used a few different ranges the products we've received have always been great. The service received in terms of speed of delivery and ease of ordering has been superb. If we were to pick any points of improvement it would be to create an email that tells the buyer what is out of stock after ordering, rather than just a refund and waiting to see what does or doesn't arrive on the packing note. Other than that minor thing we look forward to continue using such a great wholesaler and see the range of products available ever expanding. PS more ribbons and ribbon colours please!! ;-)”

“I have always had an excellent service from Ancient Wisdom and all the staff there. Delivery is always very prompt and parcels are packed and protected well which is important ! I particularly love the Gold reward system which makes a big difference to your profit margins.”

“I have never been disappointed with the service i have received at Ancient wisdom, the prices are good and delivery is good, my only gripe is that at times when i need products they have run out of stock, and i wish they didn't have a minimum order. There are times when i just need one or two items such as essential oils & i don't want to spend £50, it would be nice if you could lower your minimum order, others firms have no minimum order, so i will inevitably go to them.”
